Andrei Rațiu (26 years old) is currently experiencing the best form of his career and has a good chance of leaving Rayo Vallecano this summer.
The Romanian player has a release clause of 25 million euros with the Vallecas club, and teams like Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester City, Atletico Madrid, and Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly in the running for his transfer.
Andrei Rațiu is Barcelona’s third option
Recently, there have been reports that Barcelona is close to signing Andrei Rațiu, and sources from Fichajes have stated that „Sonic” is on the list of options for the team led by Hansi Flick.
However, the cited source revealed that the Catalan club has two other right-backs ahead of Rațiu on their list of targets.
Specifically, the player Barcelona wants is Vanderson (23 years old), who could join from AS Monaco for 30 million euros. The second option is another Brazilian, Yan Couto (22 years old), who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund.
“The third option considered by Deco is Andrei Rațiu from Rayo Vallecano. The Romanian international is having an outstanding season with the Madrid club and has established himself as one of the most consistent defenders in LaLiga.
